About
The Chief Executive Network (CEN) and Senior Executive Network (SEN) are the premier U.S. peer membership organizations for chief and
senior executives of medium and small sized businesses.
Our organization is structured into two networks (CEN & SEN) that comprise six industry sectors (manufacturing, wholesale/distribution,
architectural, engineering, general contracting, electrical and mechanical contracting, and technology software).
Leadership
The organization is led by Bob Grabill, President and CEO of the Chief and Senior Executive Networks. Mr. Grabill has over 35 years of management
and senior management experience including an accelerated management program at a Fortune 10 company, senior management positions with
several mid-cap growth firms and turnaround experience as the president of a smaller $20M company.
CEN & SEN employ more than 15 professional meeting Process Leaders (PLs) who average over 20 years of business expertise each. Each PL is
personally chosen for their professional facilitation skills as well as their depth of business knowledge.
Not only is each Process Leader extensively trained in the Networks' meeting and conference facilitation processes, but every year, all PLs
go through a rigorous certification process.
Therefore, every CEN & SEN meeting and conference is led by highly skilled facilitators who know business and understand the
complex and unique world of top management.
