The program is entitled “Leadership for Results” and is led directly by CEN’s CEO, Bob Grabill. In addition to over 35 years of successful general and senior management experience with growth companies, Bob has deep experience in leadership, marketing, and operational management. If needed, Bob can also call upon a strong team of up to 20 very successful specialists who have deep experience in sales management, lean operations, human capital as a competitive advantage and other areas critical to company growth.

Leadership for Results Implementation (3 Phases):

1)  Company Strengths Assessment- An analysis of the 4 critical success areas is conducted is see where the company’s biggest opportunities lie. Next, an assessment is made as to which of these opportunities may be best implemented within the strengths of the top management team.

After senior management buy-in on the critical areas offering the most opportunity the one or two highest opportunity areas are selected to for initial targeting. The final step in phase one is the development of a customized action plan designed to hit certain agreed upon financial targets within specified time frames and a results-assessment date is set for follow-up.

2)  Plan Implementation- Implementation is begun immediately and work is conducted with the appropriate senior management team. Plans are agreed upon and set in motion to produce the maximum results in the shortest time frame while at the same time creating the systems which will make the results sustainable. The CEO and senior management team is briefed as appropriate with progress updates by Bob.

3)  ROI Assessment- After the agreed upon date (typically 2-4 months out depending upon scope) the targeted opportunity areas are evaluated for ROI achieved. A determination is then made as to what the next area for targeting will be.
